随着华中电网“两个细则”新规的发布,华中地区水电站的考核方式发生了一系列变化。为了更加适应当前电网的变化,基于新版“两个细则”的考核要求,针对一次调频算法,结合当前电网实际发展情况,对调速器功率模式和开度模式的一次调频特性进行分析,发现开度模式下一次调频贡献率相对较高,并且通过参数优化可以兼顾调节速度。结果为水电厂在“两个细则”下两种模式的选择和改进提供了思路。
Abstract:With the release of the new regulations of the "Two Detailed Rules" by the Central China Power Grid, a series of changes have occurred in the assessment methods of hydropower stations in the Central China region. Based on the assessment requirements of the new version of the "Two Detailed Rules", and considering the actual development of the current power grid, an analysis was conducted on the primary frequency regulation characteristics of the governor power mode and opening mode for the primary frequency regulation algorithm. It was found that the contribution rate of primary frequency regulation is relatively higher in the opening mode, and through parameter optimization, both regulation speed and contribution rate can be balanced. The results provide ideas for hydropower plants to choose and improve between the two modes under the "Two Detailed Rules".
