基于可持续发展理论 ,以社会、经济、环境的综合效益最大为目标 ,建立区域水资源优化配置模型。利用大系统分解协调技术 ,将模型分解为二级递阶结构 ,同时探讨了多目标遗传算法在区域水资源二级递阶优化模型中的应用
Abstract:Based on the sustainable development theory, a regional water resources optimal allocation model with a maximum aim of social, economic and environmental benefit has been established. By using the large scale system theory and the decomposition-coordination technology, the model has been decomposed into two parts. The pay-off table has been set up and all the objective functions have been regularized. Using the method of evaluation function, the multi-purpose problem can be changed into single-purpose one. Genetic algorithm is a powerful self-adapting searching tool for complicated large-scale optimization problems. In this essay it has been used to solve the multi-purpose decomposition-coordination optimization model of regional water resources.
